Most  basic compounds  such  as cardiovascular drugs; antihistamines & tranquilisers, at higher pH environment are  sparingly  soluble or practically insoluble. For such compounds  a  DUAL  MECHANISM  SYSTEM,  A STATE-OF-ART  HYBRID  TECHNOLOGY  HAS BEEN DEVELOPED.
